Scope

These terms apply to consumer orders placed through the BesterPreis24 online shop.

Contract

Product listings do not by themselves constitute a binding offer. A contract is concluded when BesterPreis24 accepts the customer’s order, for example by order confirmation or dispatch.

Prices and payment

Consumer prices include applicable statutory VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs and available payment methods are shown before the order is submitted.

B-stock and returns

The specific condition of each product is shown on its product page. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Withdrawal and warranty

Consumers may have statutory withdrawal and warranty rights under applicable law. Further details are provided in the dedicated withdrawal information.

Applicable law

Austrian law applies to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the consumer’s country of habitual residence remain unaffected.
